Fee Schedule

Last Modified:

This Fee Schedule identifies certain standard administrative, provisioning, payment, emergency-service, and reconnection fees that may apply to services provided by Vox Rail LLC.

About This Fee Schedule

All amounts are stated in United States dollars. These fees are separate from recurring service charges, usage-based charges, equipment purchases, taxes, regulatory assessments, carrier charges, and other amounts identified in an applicable Service Order or invoice.

Not every fee applies to every Customer. If an applicable Service Order expressly establishes a different fee for a particular service, the Service Order will control with respect to that service.

Standard Fees

The following fees may apply when the corresponding service is requested or the described event occurs.

Initial Account and Hosted Server Setup

$199

A one-time fee for establishing a new Customer account and provisioning the Customer’s initial hosted communications environment.

Additional locations, hosted environments, migrations, custom integrations, on-site work, or substantial configuration projects may require separate quoted charges.

Incoming Telephone Number Port

$10 per number

Applies to each direct inward dialing number, or DID, submitted for porting into the Vox Rail Service.

The fee covers ordinary port-submission processing and does not guarantee approval or completion by the losing or receiving carrier. Complex ports, expedited requests, project coordination, or corrections caused by inaccurate Customer information may require additional quoted charges.

Emergency Call Without a Valid Registered Address

$75 per occurrence

Applies when a 911 call is placed using a telephone number, device, extension, or endpoint that does not have a valid registered emergency-service address, resulting in emergency-call handling or a corresponding charge from an underlying provider.

No person should delay or refrain from calling 911 because of this fee.

Customers are responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate registered physical location for each applicable telephone number, device, extension, and endpoint.

Late Payment

$15 or 1.5% whichever is greater

A late fee may be assessed once per invoice when an undisputed balance remains unpaid ten (10) calendar days after its due date. The fee will equal fifteen dollars ($15) or one and one-half percent (1.5%) of the unpaid balance, whichever amount is greater.

The fee is not compounded. Assessment or payment of a late fee does not extend the original due date or prevent suspension, termination, collection activity, or other remedies permitted under the Terms of Service.

Returned, Rejected, or Reversed Payment

$35 per occurrence

Applies when an ACH transfer, card payment, or other payment is returned, rejected, reversed, dishonored, disputed, or otherwise fails to settle after being submitted or initially reported as completed.

This fee will not apply when Vox Rail LLC determines that the payment failure or reversal resulted from an erroneous charge or an error directly caused by Vox Rail LLC. The underlying invoice balance remains due unless Vox Rail LLC determines that the underlying charge was incorrect.

Service Reconnection

$50 per occurrence

Applies when Vox Rail LLC restores Service following suspension for nonpayment or another condition that the Customer was required to correct.

Reconnection may require successful payment of all past-due balances, applicable late or returned-payment fees, and correction of the condition that caused suspension. Restoration remains subject to technical and carrier availability.

Payment of the reconnection fee does not guarantee recovery of a telephone number that has already been disconnected, released, or reassigned.

Additional Charges

Customers remain responsible for applicable taxes, telecommunications assessments, emergency-service charges, universal-service charges, regulatory recovery charges, international calling, usage-based charges, carrier pass-through charges, equipment charges, shipping, and other amounts identified in an applicable Service Order or invoice.

Charges for custom configuration, consulting, on-site service, after-hours project work, migrations, integrations, complex number porting, or other work outside the Customer’s subscribed Service may be separately quoted and must be approved before the work is performed.

Payment and Schedule Changes

Fees are invoiced and payable according to the payment terms stated in the applicable invoice, Service Order, and Terms of Service.

Vox Rail LLC may modify this Fee Schedule by providing affected Customers with at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. A change will not retroactively alter a fee already assessed or a fee expressly fixed by an applicable Service Order for its stated term.
